The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has commenced its Local Postgraduate Scholarship Award Ceremony at the Aztech Arcum Event Centre, Port Harcourt.
The initiative is part of the Commission’s efforts to promote human capital development and accelerate sustainable growth across the Niger Delta region.
