The Joint Action Committee (JAC) of Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU) and Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Universities (SSANU), have begun a three-day warning strike, starting from today, Jan. 13, 2021.
The both unions yesterday, threatened to carryout the strike action, and also ground universities in the country should the Government fail to fulfil its demands.
Members of the both unions, are currently protesting in their various universities, across the nation.
The action is in response to the alleged refusal of government to address the issues contained in the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by both parties.
