The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has withdrawn it’s naira abuse suit against Pascal Okechukwu popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest.
The EFCC today, filed a motion at the Federal High Court in Lagos to discontinue the suit against Chief Priest, which was granted.
The commission noted that both parties were exploring a settlement in the matter.
However, the defense requested an adjournment, and the case was fixed for June 25 for mention.
