The Kalabari Youth Council Worldwide calls on everybody living or doing business within and around all the creeks, rivers, mangroves, fishing-pots and the entire territorial waters of Kalabari land as well as the adjoining river-stretch to take very seriously, the Five Million Naira reward announced by the Executive Chairman of Akuku-Toru Local Government, Hon. Rowland Sekibo and provide useful information that will lead to the safe, immediate and unconditional release of the expatriate working for Lubrik on the Trans-Kalabari Road project.
May we sound it very clear to the criminally minded conspirators amongst us and their evil collaborators that all plots to discredit and forestall the Trans-Kalabari project is dead on arrival as the Kalabari Ethnic Nationality has unshaking confidence on the Gov. Wike-led Government to complete all projects embarked upon in Kalabari in record time and do even more for us the Kalabaris whose support for his adminstration is unalloyed.
The Kalabari youths are sounding it very clear that the innocent foreigner must be immediately released safe and unhurt.
