The governorship aspirant of the APDA, in the concluded gubernatorial election in Rivers State, Ezekiel Waribani has disclosed that Governor Nyesom Wike obtained the N18 billion loan for the purpose of funding the forthcoming Edo governorship election.
Ezekiel who made this known in a chat with journalists yesterday said, Gov. Wike is doing so to assist Obaseki, following threats to frustrate the Edo Governor from having access to the state government accounts.
He challenged the governor to account for the N78 billion naira it received from the federal government, as he is still unable to pay pensioners, create employment and construct roads in the state.
He called on Rivers people to intervene and stop the Governor from doing wasting state resources.
