Justice Chidozie Igwe of a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has adjourned till January, 15 2021, the delivery of judgement in the murder case of a Jumia delivery agent.
The Jumia delivery agent, Chukwuma Eleje was murdered in 2017 at Ada- George in Port Harcourt after he had gone to deliver some items.
The presiding judge adjourned the case after listening to arguments from lawyers of both parties.
The two accused persons Excel Naabe and Sodienye Mbatumukeke are standing trial for a two-count charge bordering on murder and robbery.
