A mother has rained curses on her son who is in his early twenties for beating her to a pulp.
The incident occurred yesterday, at the iloabuchi axis of Diobu, in Port Harcourt, yesterday.
Neighbours in a chat with us, said the boy who is a known cultist and deals on drugs descended on his mother for failing to prepare food for him.
They also said yesterday, was not the first time the boy would beat his mom, who struggles on a daily basis to ensure they feed.
One of them said, efforts to stop the boy from the act proved abortive, as he descended on the woman, inflicting injuries on her and even threatened to kill her if she angered him again.
She said the devastated woman who could not hold back her tears, went on her kneels and rained curses on the son who did not show any remorse.
She explained that after the incident, they urged him to ask the mother for forgiveness, but he refused and walked away.
