Menegian, son of late Ogoni environmental rights activist, Ken Saro wiwa, has died in a London hospital of the dreaded coronavirus.
The information was made public today in a social media post by his sister, Noo, who described him as the smartest and most talented of the Ken Saro-wiwa children.
She also revealed that Gian died on Monday of COVID-19 “combined with underlying health conditions”.
You would recall that Mene’s death comes just three years after his elder brother, Ken Saro-wiwa Jnr. died of stroke in a London hospital in 2016 at age 47.
Menegian who is the second son of Ken Saro-wiwa was aged 50, and left behind a son, Louis.
