Nigeria’s King of Real Estate – My-Ace China popularly known as Mayor of Housing has revealed why he supports raw value(upcoming entertainers) and not just the established acts like many brands do.
The Mayor, during a press briefing on Monday, for KOBaba’s annual rituals tagged “MAYOR of PITAKWA” billed to hold on April 1st 2024 at the EUI event centre in Port Harcourt, said most established brands are not interested in raw value, but refined value.
According to him, he invests heavily in raw value(upcoming entertainers) because there is no telling where potential value can explode to, which explains why he loves to “Zag when other brands are Zigging”.
The real estate mogul, known for his support for the entertainment industry in Port Harcourt and beyond, said his passion to see raw talents explode is the main reason he is rooted in the city and is investing heavily in the comedy industry and entertainment in general.
According to him, the brand that has given him the biggest return and value for his investment so far is the “MAYOR OF PITAKWA.”
He called on the state government to invest heavily and take advantage of the soaring Port Harcourt entertainment industry, so as not to miss out on its huge benefits.
He, furthermore, encouraged entertainers in the city to continue doing their best as greatness beckons.
The Mayor who runs one of the biggest Real Estate firm in the country described the “MAYOR OF PITAKWA” as the biggest show in the South South Region and one of the fastest growing events in Nigeria.
