Chairman of Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Hon. Ichemati Ezebunwo has officially signed a contract with ELIZABETH ALFRED LIMITED, a renowned city beautiful giant for the actualization of his administration’s PROJECT CLEAN AND GREEN PORT HARCOURT CITY CAMPAIGN.
Ezebunwo in a statement said, the initiative is part of his agenda for the Environment as captured in the administration’s #ProsperousPortHarcourtCity Manifesto.
He said, “Our first point of call, will be the beautification of the popular GARRISON/ OGBUMNUABALI ROAD JUNCTION, because as a cosmopolitan city, the GREEN INITIATIVE is one that seeks to restore our Port Harcourt to its Garden City Status through fostering a clean, green and healthy environment while building the consciousness and a sense of responsibility in the citizens and occupants of this City.
“The actualization of a Prosperous Port Harcourt City is one that we are wholly committed to and one that would cut across Human Capital Development, Education, Empowerment, Security, Healthcare, Youths and Sports development and Environment.
