Many members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Etche Local Government Area in Rivers State, today decamped to the People’s Democratic Party.
The defectors were received in their numbers by the Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party in Etche, Hon. John Otamiri at Ozuzu.
He attributed the defection of the APC members to the achievements of the Nyesom Wike-led administration as he assured them of better days and equal opportunities in the party.
He also commended the state governor for turning the state into a “construction site” while assuring him of the party’s total support.
