Security operatives have reportedly caught and arrested a manhole thief around Garrison flyover this morning.
A Twitter user identified as Tweetestboi made this known in a post on his handle.
He said the suspect who was caught in the act was whisked away by security operatives.
There have been reports of missing manhole covers across Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor Local Government Areas in recent time.
The Mayor of Port Harcourt, Allwell Ihunda had in a statement said over 350 manhole covers had been stolen from the LGA.
