A 20-year-old man identified as Garja Joggi has been arrested by the Police for stabbing a man to death for flashing a torchlight on his mother.
The incident, according to Daily Post happened in Waltadi community, in Song Local Government Area, of Adamawa State on the 20th of January 2023.
The accused person allegedly stabbed the deceased for flashing torchlight on his mother who was discussing with other women at the time.
He is said to have admitted killing the man over the act.
