A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has sentenced one Ogbonda Sobomichi to two years imprisonment for impersonation.
Mr. Ogbonda, was arraigned by the Port Harcourt zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, on a one count charge.
The presiding judge, Justice P.M Ayuba convicted Ogbonda for the crime after he had pleaded guilty to the amended charge of impersonation.
He was given an option of a fine of three hundred thousand naira payable to the Single Treasury Account of the Federal Government.
