A fake OSPAC commander identified as Harmony Wori, has been arrested in Emouha Local Government Area after he threatened to kill the council chairman, Chidi Lloyd.
His arrest according to the Chairman of the disbanded OSPAC, Emeka Wori, followed an alarm raised by Chidi Lloyd that someone was threatening to kill him.
He said Harmony was impersonating him to threaten the council boss that he would be killed, if he fails to reverse the ban placed on OSPAC in the area.
Emeka Wori, explained that there are bad eggs in the group spoiling their good works, as he promised to fish them out, if they fail to shun crime and criminality.
The council Boss, Chidi Lloyd had placed a ban on the Local Vigilante outfit due to gross misconduct.
