The Rivers State University says the man arrested yesterday, for swindling job seekers is not a staff of the institution and cannot speak or act on behalf of the school.
Registrar of the institution, Sydney Enyindah disclosed this in a statement Today.
According to him, the institution concluded its hiring procedures with the approval of the state government last year.
He warned members of the pubic to be wary of characters like the young man identified as Philip.
