A 27-year-old man has been arrested and handed over to the Azikiwe Police Division, for allegedly touching the private parts of two boys aged 7 and 11 at Ekwulobia street in Mile 1 Diobu, Port Harcourt.
The suspect, Master Ekpeyem was caught in the act by sister to one of the boys and her neighbours through the window at a sanitary Lane in the area.
The girl who identified herself as Obene, in a chat with journalists said the suspect was caught touching the breast and penis of the little boys and was forcing them to touch his.
The underage boys on their part, said the man was forcing them to touch his private part whilst he was touching theirs.
