The Rivers State Police Command has arrested a 40-year-old man identified as Mr. Obadiah for allegedly defiling a 13-year-old girl at Ojike street in Mile 1 Diobu Port Harcourt.
Spokesperson of the Command, Grace Koko who disclosed this in a statement said the man was arrested on Sunday.
According to her, the case has been transferred to the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for discreet investigation.
The suspect was arrested after his neighbours reported him to the Mile 1 Police Division.
