Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, has said that Senator Magnus Abe made him Minister under former President, Goodluck Jonathan and not Chibuike Amaechi.
Wike who disclosed this while speaking at Bori, in Khana Local Government Area on Saturday, said he is aware of the role Abe played to make him Minister of the Federal Republic.
He commended Abe who was present at the reception for putting aside party difference to join his people to honor him.
Senator Magnus Ngei Abe, on his part, hailed Governor Nyesom Wike over what he described as his developmental strides in Ogoni land.
Abe said he needed to be at the epoch-making event, as it is a gathering that no true person that is proud to be from Ogoni could afford to miss.
He also noted that a good politician is not the one that has the highest number of enemies, but one that has got the most number of friends, in what seemed like a swipe to the Minister of Transportation.
