Chief of Staff to Rivers State Government, Emeka Woke has reacted to a statement credited to High Chief, Anabs Sara-Igbe that the Wike-led administration was concentrating development in Obio/Akpor LGA, alone.
Woke in a swift reaction, noted that Igbe’s claim was only intended to deceive Rivers people that the current administration has done nothing in the state.
He urged Rivers people to ignore Sara-Igbe’s comment, adding that they will not allow buccaneers and ‘419 people’ to deceive people of the state.
We are not playing politics, but we will not allow the buccaneers and 419 people to deceive Rivers people. Time has come again, those who have disappeared in the last four years are beginning to reappear again. We will not give them that space,” he said.
“People like Anabs Sara-Igbe are always coming every four-four years. Some time, he will come as mafia messenger and at some other time, he will come as PANDEF whatever,” he added.
