Long queues of persons seeking to get the new 1000, 500 and 200 naira notes have continued to trail ATM machines of different banks in Port Harcourt with less than 3 days to the Jan 31st CBN deadline for the old notes.

This is as several of the ATM machines along Azikiwe and parts of Ikwerre road are not dispensing cash.

At most of the ATM seen dispensing the new notes, customers were allowed to collect only twenty thousand naira using one ATM card. Customers who wanted more cash had to come with more than one ATM card.
