The Inter-party Advisory Council in Rivers State, IPAC, has called on the state Governor, Sim Fubara to constitute a caretaker committee for the continuation of governance at the local level following the expiration of the tenure of council chairmen.
Chairman of IPAC, Sensi Osaro made the call at the weekend as the tenure of council chairmen ends Today.
He called on council chairmen to vacate their offices as their tenures have elapsed, adding that they will resist any attempt by the chairmen to cause chaos across the state.
