Former Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, has described as a waste of time efforts by the All Progressives Congress to woo Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike into its fold.
Saraki said this while reacting to the visit of some APC governors to Gov. Wike few days ago.
He warned the All progressives Congress to steer clear of the Governor noting that the People’s Democratic Party would put its house in order, ahead of next year’s general elections.
According to him, Wike is an important member of the PDP and that in no distatnt time they will resolve all lingering issues.
“Wike is an important member of our party and I am very confident that in no distant time, we will sit down and address all the issues. There is no doubt about it that he has cause to feel the way he does, but there are better ways by which issues like this can be resolved,” he said.
