Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike has commended the Federal Government for the approval to build a Law School in the State, despite being a major critic of the Buhari administation.
Wike, who made this known during the flag-off ceremony of the project in the state on Saturday, said Rivers people would be the biggest beneficiaries of the legacy project.
He noted that the state would have missed the opportunity to request for the Law School if it had not planned to construct hostels at the Yenagoa campus.
Wike furthermore, said the state government is committed to building what would become the best Law School in the country.
