A landlord identified as Alabo has inflicted injuries on two of his tenants, an intending couple with a matchete after an argument.
The incident, occurred yesterday, at the Ekwulobia axis of Diobu in Port Harcourt, on Monday.
The woman, identified as Mrs. Comfort Nwagadi in a chat with journalists, said the landlord wanted to kill her because she declined his friendship.
She explained that he attacked her with a matchete after she scolded him to stop tagging her fiance a jobless man.
The man, Mr. Stanley Nwagadi also explained that he was injured by the landlord when he tried to stop him from further abusing his fiancee
He called on the Police to ensure justice is served in the matter
The landlord is said to be on the run.
