Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has announced that the 2025 edition of the Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards will be hosted in Lagos.
Governor Sanwo-Olu described the event as a platform to reinforce the state’s commitment to Nigeria’s creative industry, noting that Nollywood plays a crucial role in the nation’s culture, economy, and international identity.
He further affirmed the state’s dedication to supporting the sector, pledging that this year’s BON Awards will be an exceptional celebration of Nigerian filmmaking.
