Lagos State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal will on Monday, September 25, 2023 deliver judgement for Lagos State.
Governorship flag bearer for the Labour Party, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, made this known via a post on X, formerly Twitter, on Saturday.
According to him, he has been informed that the judgment of the election petition at the tribunal will be delivered on Monday.
“We have just been informed that judgement on our election petition at the tribunal will be delivered on Monday, the 25th of September,” he said.
Vivour is challenging the declaration of Babajide Sanwo-Olu as winner of the March 18 governorship poll.
