The Chairman of the Labour Party in Rivers State, Hilda Dokubo, has called on residents to actively participate in the state’s political affairs to shape its future.
Speaking at a Town Hall meeting organized by the National Opposition Movement in Port Harcourt, Dokubo emphasized that the destiny of Rivers State lies in the hands of its citizens, urging them to take responsibility for changing the state’s fortunes.
Highlighting the country’s challenging state, Dokubo stated her primary vision is to prioritize the development of Rivers State before addressing broader national concerns.
The event drew a diverse audience, including political leaders, business professionals, ethnic representatives, and youth leaders.
