Rivers State 2015 Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Dr. Dakuku Adol Peterside has alleged that those involved in illegal oil refining activities in Rivers State are the cronies of Governor, Nyesom Wike.
Speaking, on Wazobia FM yesterday, Dakuku also alleged that the governor knows all those involved in the illegal act.
According to him, the governor was only acting a movie with the fight against oil bunkering.
He stated that since the fight against ‘kpofire’ started, not a single person has been arrested and prosecuted.
He noted that the illegal act is still on going in the state, adding that soot is still a menace in the oil rich state.
You would recall that governor, Nyesom Wike had ordered council chairmen to clamp down on the activities of illegal oil refiners in their areas.
