The Local Government Chairmen of Emouha, Akuku Toru, Asari Toru and Degema, have said that they are working with security operatives to ensure the release of kidnapped expatriate working with Lubrik Construction Company on the Trans Kalabari Road.
Chairman of Akuku Toru, Rowland Sekibo disclosed this in a chat with journalists after their meeting on Monday.
He said plans are underway to address the security challenges on the road.
Sekibo who said the development is worrisome assured of the release of the expatriate.
He also said plans are on to repair the bad sections of the road.
