Coach of Rivers United Football Club, Stanley Eguma, has been released by his abductors, after three days in captivity.
General manager of the club, Okey Kpalukwu disclosed this in a statement on the club’s social media handle Today.
Mr Eguma, was allegedly abducted by unknown Gunmen along the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway on his way to Port Harcourt, after a football match in Gombe.
“We are grateful to God for His mercy. Our Technical
Manager, Stanley Eguma, has been released by his abductors.
Our God is gracious,” Okey posted.
