An indigene of Kapnor community in Khana Local Government Area identified as Francis Batambari is struggling to stay alive after one of his hands was allegedly amputated by some men who attacked him with machete in his community yesterday.
A Facebook user, Comr. Nwibakpo Golden and a member of the Khana Security outfit KHASPAC, who disclosed this on his page said the victim is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital in Bori.
He noted that one of the suspects was apprehended by the local security outfit few hours after they were informed of the incident.
He also said the suspect confessed to the crime and has since been handed over to the Bori Police Division for investigation and prosecution.
