Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has denounced the public release of a video depicting the indecent exposure of an unruly passenger involved in a recent Ibom Air incident.
Keyamo described the act as “totally unacceptable” and directed that disciplinary measures be taken against the airline staff responsible for circulating the footage.
He stressed that while unruly conduct by passengers must be addressed in line with aviation regulations, exposing such individuals to public ridicule through the dissemination of sensitive footage violates their dignity and the standard operating procedures of the industry.
