Veteran rapper Kanye West has legally changed his name once again, this time to “Ye Ye,” according to newly filed business documents in California.
The update comes just four years after the rapper and fashion designer officially shortened his name to “Ye.” The change was disclosed in paperwork submitted by his chief financial officer, Hussain Lalani, and now appears in official records for multiple West-owned entities, including Yeezy Apparel, Yeezy Record Label LLC, and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc.
Previous filings had listed the artist as “Ye West,” marking the latest shift in West’s ongoing brand evolution.
