The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has pledged to prevent former Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, from winning any future presidential election.
Wike’s response, conveyed through his media aide, Lere Olayinka, follows Atiku’s recent remarks regarding his decision not to select Wike as his running mate in the 2023 election.
In an interview with Adesina Giwa-Osagie, Atiku stated that he had “no regrets” over his choice of a vice-presidential candidate, prompting Wike’s sharp reaction.
