A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has dismissed a suit filed by Benard Miko against the emergence of Tonye Cole as Rivers APC Governorship Candidate in SUIT NO: PH/FHC/94/CS/22 — Bernard Mikko Vs. INEC, APC, Tonye Patrick Cole & Ojukaye Flag-Amachree
Bernard Miko had approached the court seeking to disqualify and stop APC and Tonye Cole from taking part in the 2023 Rivers State governorship election. However, the court has dismissed the suit for lacking in merit.
