Mrs, Victory Samuel has accused the Police of killing her husband, Mr Samuel Ajayi, who was until his death a staff of Julius Berger Construction Company.

Mrs Victory, in a chat with journalists yesterday, said a police bullet hit her husband on the leg during a protest by staff of the company working on the Ogoni/Bonny Road.

According to her, after her husband was shot, the police failed to quickly take him to a hospital, which led to his death.

The woman said she wants justice served on the matter, adding that it was the company who brought the officers that shot and killed her husband.

The Police and the Company are yet to the react to the allegation, as at the time of filing this report. Efforts to reach them proved abortive.
