The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, is set to appear before a new judge on March 21, 2025.
Kanu’s case has been assigned to Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja, DAILY POST has learned.
Speaking on the development, Kanu’s lead counsel, Aloy Ejimakor, stated that the legal team is fully prepared for the proceedings. However, he revealed that they have yet to receive the specific charges Kanu will face before Justice Omotosho.
Kanu has been facing legal action over his push for the actualization of Biafra.
