The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has denied being responsible for the death of former Political adviser to former president, Goodluck Jonathan, Ahmed Gulak.
Gulak was assassinated in Owerri, Imo State, on Sunday while on his way to the airport to Abuja.
Spokesperson for the group, Emma Powerful, in a statement today, said they have no hand in Gulak’s death, describing it as professional assassination.
Emma, was reacting to claims by Security Operatives that they were responsible for his death, due to the sit-at-home order.
He accused Uzodinma and APC of being behind Gulaks death, stressing that they do not know anything about his movement, talk more of him being in the state.
“The Nigeria intelligence community has shown how unprofessional they are, today is not sit-at-home,” he said.
“People are going to church and this was why he shifted the date to tomorrow. This is political assassination; we are not in the same party with Gulak,” he added.
