The Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Rivers State has officially acknowledged Hon. Robinson Ewor and Chief Emeka Beke as the legitimate chairmen of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC), respectively.
This announcement was made on Thursday by the Rivers State IPAC Chairman, Hon. Solsuema Osaro, in a statement issued in Port Harcourt.
Hon. Osaro, known for his support of the Fubara administration, emphasized that the council’s recognition of Ewor and Beke aligns with the leadership positions they currently occupy within their respective parties. The announcement comes amidst a backdrop of judicial decisions that have stirred political discourse in the state.
It is noteworthy that a prior court ruling had removed Chief Tony Okocha and Aaron Chukwuemeka as chairmen of the PDP and APC in Rivers State, respectively.
