A Poliice van has been stationed in front of the residence of Rivers lawmaker – Hon. Edison Ehie following reported invasion last night.
One Ken Uchendu a legislative correspondent had in a statement said some police officers invaded the residence of Ehie at about 11:00am on Sunday describing it as an assassination attempt.
However, Hon. Ehie who declared himself Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly few weeks ago and the state Police Command are yet to react to the incident.
