ABUJA — The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced the timetable and schedule of activities for the forthcoming governorship elections in Ekiti and Osun states.
INEC National Commissioner and Chairman of the Information and Voter Education Committee, Prince Solomon Adedeji Soyebi, disclosed the details during a press briefing at the commission’s headquarters in Abuja.
Soyebi emphasized that the release of the timetable should not be misconstrued as the official Notice of Election, urging political parties to adhere strictly to the commission’s guidelines and timeline.
