The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has commenced the distribution of sensitive materials ahead of saturday’s Governorship and House of Assembly elections.
Dr. Johnson Sinikiem, INEC, Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state made this known during a press briefing in Port Harcourt Today.
According to him, PHALGA, Obio-Akpor, ONELGA, Ahoada East, Ahoada West, Akuku-Toru, Asalga, Bonny and Degema would receive their materials for onward movement to their respective LGAs.
He said the reason is to ensure timely deployment to the polling units on Saturday.
