Chairman of Emouha Local Government Area, Chidi Lloyd says illegal oil refiners should be charged as terrorists for killing people.
Lloyd, made this known while reacting to the death of three persons at an illegal oil dump in the LGA, Today.
The council boss, who commiserated with the families of the deceased, said people now carryout the activity with impunity.
He stated that he had in the past chased those who engage in such activity away from the area, but they kept coming back.
He added that the matter had been reported to the Garrison commander of the area, about his men who aide the bunkerers but he denied their involvement.
Lloyd, pleaded with security operatives to arrest those involved in order to put an end to the menace.
