Authorities of Ikwerre Local Government Area has announced a tax holiday for the Garden City Building Materials Association and other potential investors coming to invest in the area.
The Chairman of the council Samuel Nwanosike, made this known when members of the association paid him a courtesy visit in his office at Isiokpo over the weekend.
He further stated that the Local Government Area is now the investor capital of the state as there is no real estate developer without an investment in the area.
Nwanosike noted that his administration has been able to put an end to multiple taxation and intimidation of investors in the area, urging investors to come and invest in the area which is now extremely safe for business to thrive
