The Chairman Caretaker Committee of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Hon Darlington Orji has vowed not to misappropriate the council’s funds.
Orji said this during the flag off of a medical outreach programme by his administration in Aluu community, Ikwerre Local Government Area.
According to him, the era of misappropriation of the commonwealth of the LGA was over as he is poised to adhere to the marching orders of Governor Siminalayi Fubara to make the people feel the impact of governance through practical empowerment programmes.
He assured that his administration will not indulge in self appropriation but carry out programmes that will have positive impact on the lives of the people.
