Caretaker Committee Chairman of Obio-Akpor local government area of Rivers State, Chijioke Ihunwo has approved the appointment of Rev. David Chibuosor Wopara as the Chaplain of the council.
Ihunwo disclosed this in a statement Today.
He said, “As the Caretaker Chairman of Obio-Akpor local government area of Rivers State, I have approved the appointment of Rev. David Chibuosor Wopara as the Chaplain of Obio-Akpor local government area.
“David Chibuosor Wopara is a Reverend in Anglican Church, serving in St. Jude Anglican Church, Oginigba.
“While congratulating him, I expect that the new Chaplain will deploy his immense experience, to enhance the religious body.
