Caretaker Committee Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Council, Chijioke Ihunwo has accused factional Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Martin Amaewhule of sending thugs to disrupt a healthcare programme by the Rivers State Government at Oro-Igwe community.
Ihunwo who made the allegation in a statement Today, called on the Nigeria Police Force and the Department of State Security to call Amaewhule to order.
“I wonder why Martin Amaewhule will hate his people so much to the extent that health programme meant for the well-being of his people by Rivers State government, at Oro-Igwe health centre, he sent thugs to disrupt it.
“I’m calling on Nigeria Police Force, DSS to call Martin Amaewhule to order,” he said.
