The State High Court Sitting in Port Harcourt expected to deliver judgement on a matter initiated by an APC Chieftain, Igo Aguma has postponed the judgement to Tuesday, June 9, 2020.
The Clerk of the court made this known to the parties involved when they arrived the court premises today. The judgement was expected to be delivered by Justice George Omeriji, of the State High Court.
Igo Aguma is praying the court to declare the five-member caretaker committee of the APC in the state illegal. He is equally asking the court to declare him the authentic chairman of the APC, in the state.
Another matter expected to be delivered judgement on is that of one Dele Moses and one others. Dele is asking the court to declare them authentic members of the party. He also wants the court to stop the party from selling forms to members for its state and local government congresses.
