Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike says those criticizing him for using Julius Berger for the construction of projects in the state are only wasting their time.
Speaking at the commissioning of the Mother and Child Hospital in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, on Monday, Wike said he is using Julius Berger because he wants the best for Rivers people.
The Governor, stated that he believes in quality, as he has taste, and had promised to give the State the best.
“Those of you criticising us for using Julius Berger, you are wasting your time. I will give my people the best. I have no choice,” he said.
“I have taste, I believe in quality and that’s why I must give Rivers State quality projects. I am in charge of Rivers State for now and i will give my state the best. If you want to die, go and die,” he added.
He assured Rivers people that his administration will continue to embark on infrastructural development till his last day in office.
